Pan Pacific Perth’s signature High Tea returns for spring, inspired by the delicate and subtle flavours of Australia’s native botanicals.
Head Pastry Chef Sai Jetty and his team have created a menu filled with delicate and flavourful local botanical influences including lemon myrtle, pepperberry and salt bush dukkah.
The intertwined menu with botanical flavours and influences includes an array of savoury delicacies. Indulge in cucumber and dill cream triple decker finger sandwiches, roast pumpkin and goat cheese tartlet with salt bush dukkah, pork and fennel sausage roll with spiced bush tomato chutney and O’Connor beef sliders with smoked cheddar. Delight in the high tea favourite, blueberry scone with raspberry jam and cream. Finishing with a the top tier of elegant, sweet treats including a coconut mousse lamington with botanical lemon myrtle curd, native pepperberry featuring almond sponge layered with pistachio mousse and hints of cherry, banoffee tart with rich salted caramel and chocolate, and the pink veil of strawberry cheesecake.
