This one-night only event at Miss Mi restaurant is a celebration of Australian produce. Begin the evening with canapés including duck cigars, followed by grilled kingfish and pork with coconut dressing, slow-cooked beef short rib in kaldereta sauce and Japanese sweet potato cheesecake as a sweet finish.
A handcrafted cocktail will accompany each course, expertly blended with gin from Wandering Distillery. This family owned distillery in Perth, Western Australia is known for creating unique gins with distinctive flavours by combining native and traditional botanicals. Their reputation as one of the state’s best gin distillers continues to grow with their range of award-winning gins.
