The perfect complement to sunset cocktails or a Bintang, Lontara's menu combines the spice traditions of south-east Asia with the best of Western Australia's seafood and produce.
Follow the spice route to Samphire Rottnest where Chef Will Meyrick brings the flavours of south-east Asia to the island's newest restaurant, Lontara.
The food is designed to be enjoyed together, with fresh Asian salads and curries sharing the table with grilled seafood and satays. The menu has a strong Western Australian focus with a selection of locally-sourced seafood and native plants. There is an extensive wine, beer and cocktails list.
Groups of eight or more are encouraged to enjoy Lontara's experience menu. The restaurant is open for lunch 12-3pm and dinner 6 - 8.30pm, from Wednesday to Sunday.
