For Denaro, being an artist means acting as a catalyst, an amplifier of physiological awareness and a builder of psychological tools. His sculpture and painting are a collaging of moments, layered figuration, shapes, and gestures. His process is driven by an urge to make, however he is more intrinsically drawn to repair. Reconstruction and deconstruction are not chaos; they are a method.

Denaro do not aim for easy comprehension. Instead, he navigate a journey of discovery - revealing, concealing, exposing relationships. Perhaps he is attempting to connect to, or play within, a biological self. He creates incomprehensible totems from this mindset, an unscientific recipe book of building and rebuilding.
