Immerse yourself in pleasure. Immerse is a winery located in the picturesque Yarra Valley wine region, in Victoria. Established in 1989, the winery produces a range of wines with varieties that include chardonnay, pinot noir and sparkling. Each year, approximately 700 cases are produced. Immerse welcomes visitors to the winery and to taste the wines on offer by appointment only. They also have accommodation available to stay at on site, a restaurant to spend time in and picnic and functions facilities to make your visit as enjoyable as possible.
