Description
Home to the old Hoffman Mill. An area of previously logged jarrah/marri forest between Harvey and Waroona, perfect for a day trip or a few days of camping.
Logue Brook Dam, also known as Lake Brockman, is a great spot for swimming, paddling, water skiing, picnicking and camping in the forest by the lake's shores.
The area is steeped in settler history. The remnants of the mill and railway formations at Hoffman Mill are reminders of our recent past. They complement the attractions of the jarrah forest and the Harvey River, which is the essence of the Hoffman recreation area.
Campers are welcome at Hoffman Mill between November 1 and Easter.
