Hairy Feet Waitomo is a stunning farm located in the Mangaotaki Valley near Piopio, New Zealand. This location was used by Sir Peter Jackson, the director of Lord of the Rings, to film scenes for The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey. The farm is owned by Warrick and Suzie Denize, the third generation of the Denize family on this property.
