Echolocation

Events Nov 19 - 22 Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA)

1 / 2 Bradford St, Mount Lawley, WA 6050

Description

A HOMAGE TO OUR HISTORY AND HOME.

Join us for a unique site-based performance across WAAPA that celebrates over 40 years of creativity and community. Echolocation brings together three distinct cohorts from WAAPA's Bachelor of Performing Arts (BPA) programs in collaboration with Michael Barlow, Associate Director of Spare Parts Puppet Theatre, creating a huge cast of 60 performers. Experience the magic of Echolocation as we bid farewell to ECU's Mount Lawley campus with a series of intimate and evocative performances through the enchanting mediums of puppetry, dance, installation, film and more.

Please note: This is a promenade-style performance in which audience members will move to multiple locations across campus during the show. Some sections may have minimal seating.
