Currie Lighthouse, located at Currie Harbour, Currie, King Island, Australia, has a rich historical background. It was erected in 1879 after much planning and fabrication by Chance Brothers in Smethwick, England. This awe-inspiring lighthouse is a 21-metre (69 ft)-tall square pyramidal truss iron tower, featuring an iron cylinder centred inside.
